फतेहपुर। देश के सबसे पिछड़े जिलों में शुमार फतेहपुर पर रहस्यमयी बुखार कहर बनकर टूटा है। यमुना तटवर्ती गांव ललौली में बीते एक महीने में 100 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो गई। गांव के 10 कब्रिस्तानों में इन्हें दफनाया गया है। ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि मौतों की वजह तेज बुखार और सांस फूलना था। किसी को कहीं इलाज नहीं मिला। 23 अप्रैल को सबसे ज्यादा 7 लोगों की मौत से कस्बेनुमा यह गांव दहल उठा था। फतेहपुर जिले में 26 अप्रैल को पंचायत चुनावों के लिए मतदान होना था। जिले के बाकी क्षेत्रों की तरह यहां भी प्रचार के साथ संक्रमण का ग्राफ बढ़ रहा था। जिला मुख्यालय से 35 किमी दूर बांदा हाइवे के किनारे बसी ललौली ग्राम सभा में जुकाम, बुखार और सांस फूलने की समस्या के रोगी बढ़े। गांव के नव निर्वाचित प्रधान शमीम अहमद के अनुसार, 10 अप्रैल को पहले मरीज की मौत हुई। लोगों ने इसे जुकाम बिगडऩे और तेज बुखार का केस मान नजरअंदाज कर दिया, लेकिन केस बढ़ते रहे। इसके बाद हर दिन 1-2 लोगों की इन लक्षणों के साथ मौत होने लगी
