निशुल्क प्रवेश का अवसर कोरोना काल में अनाथ हुए बच्चों को भी मिलेगा

ग्वालियर। ग्वालियर समेत पूरे प्रदेश में शिक्षा का अधिकार कानून के तहत शिक्षा सत्र 2021-22 में प्रायवेट स्कूलों की प्रथम कक्षा में नि:शुल्क प्रवेश के लिये ऑनलाइन आवेदन 10 जून 2021 से किए जा सकेंगे। ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 30 जून 2021 निर्धारित की गई है। इस संबंध में आरटीई पोर्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र का प्रारूप उपलब्ध कराया गया है। पात्रतानुसार निजी विद्यालय में निशुल्क प्रवेश के लिए आवेदकों का चयन, ऑनलाइन लॉटरी के माध्यम से 6 जुलाई 2021 को किया जायेगा। इस वर्ष की नि:शुल्क प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में कोविड-19 से माता-पिता या अभिभावक की मृत्यु के कारण अनाथ हुए बच्चों को ऑनलाइन लॉटरी में प्राथमिकता दी जायेगी। संचालक, राज्य शिक्षा केन्द्र धनराजू एस ने इस संबंध में समय-सारणी जारी करते हुए सभी जिला कलेक्टर्स एवं अन्य अधिकारियों को विस्तृत निर्देश दिये हैं। निर्देश और समय-सारणी आरटीई पोर्टल पर भी उपलब्ध हैं।

समय-सारणी के अनुसार, वंचित समूह एवं कमजोर वर्ग के आवेदक अपना आवेदन ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से 10 से 30 जून 2021 तक जमा कर पंजीयन कर सकते हैं। फार्म के साथ पात्रता संबंधित कोई भी एक दस्तावेज अपलोड किया जाना होगा। ऑनलाइन आवेदन के बाद आवेदकों को इसी अवधि में दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन संबंधित संकुल केन्द्र वाले स्कूल में अधिकृत सत्यापनकर्ता अधिकारी से करवाना होगा। आवेदक ने आरटीई में नि:शुल्क प्रवेश के लिये जिस केटेगरी या निवास क्षेत्र के माध्यम से प्रवेश चाहा है, उस केटेगरी और निवास प्रमाण का सत्यापन, संबंधित मूल प्रमाण-पत्र से किया जायेगा। लाटरी के पूर्व ही दस्तावेज सत्यापन हो जाने से आवेदकों को स्कूल आवंटित होने के बाद दस्तावेजों की त्रुटि या अभाव में, एडमिशन निरस्त होने की समस्या उत्पन्न नहीं होगी।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन करने में कोई समस्या या कठिनाई होने की स्थिति में संबधित विकासखंड के बीआरसी कार्यालय में संपर्क किया जा सकता है। एन.आई.सी. द्वारा 6 जुलाई 2021 को पारदर्शी तरीके से ऑनलाइन लॉटरी के माध्यम से छात्रों को निजी स्कूलों में सीट का आवंटन किया जायेगा। लॉटरी प्रक्रिया के बाद आवंटित सीट की जानकारी आवेदक को उसके पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से दी जायेगी। ऑनलाइन लॉटरी की सूची आर.टी.ई. पोर्टल पर भी उपलब्ध रहेगी। साथ ही स्कूल आवंटन की जानकारी बीआरसीसी कार्यालय के सूचना पटल पर भी दर्शित की जायेगी।

नर्सरी, के.जी.-1 और के.जी-2 कक्षाओं में प्रवेश के लिये न्यूनतम आयु 3 से 5 वर्ष और कक्षा-1 में प्रवेश के लिये न्यूनतम आयु 5 वर्ष से अधिकतम 7 वर्ष तक निर्धारित की गयी है। आयु के संबंध में मूल प्रति से मिलान न करने की स्थिति में अथवा मूल प्रति प्रस्तुत न करने की स्थिति में आवेदक को अपात्र माना जायेगा। सत्र 2021-22 में प्रवेश के लिये आवेदक की आयु की गणना 16 जून 2021 की स्थिति में की जायेगी। आवेदक द्वारा जन्म प्रमाण-पत्र में अंकित तिथि ही ऑनलाइन आवेदन में दर्ज की जाये।
