अब टिकट कैंसिलेशन पर तुरंत मिलेगा रिफंड, यहां जानिए
इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कारपोरेशन ने अपना भुगतान गेटवे IRCTC-iPay लॉन्च किया है।
ट्रेन में यात्रा करने वालों के लिए खुशखबरी है। अब तक ट्रेन की टिकट कैंसिल होने पर रिफंड के लिए इंतजार करना पड़ता था। हालांकि आगे से ऐसा नहीं होगा। भारताीय रेलवे एक नई सुविधा दे रहा है।
इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कारपोरेशन ने अपना भुगतान गेटवे IRCTC-iPay लॉन्च किया है। IRCTC-iPay एप सर्विस पहले से चालू है। इसमें टिकट बुकिंग के लिए किसी बैंक के पेमेंट गेटवे पर भुगतान किया जाता है। जिससे समय की बचत होती है। वहीं टिकट कैंसिलेशन पर रिफंड तुरंत अकाउंट में आ जाता है। आइए जानते हैं IRCTC-iPay से ट्रेन टिकट बुक करने की पूरी प्रक्रिया।
1. सबसे पहले www.irctc.co.in पर लॉगिन करें।
2. अब यात्रा से जुड़ी जानकारी और तारीख भरें।
3. इसके बाद ट्रेन का चयन करें।
4. टिकट बुक करते समय भुगतान में IRCRC Pay पर टैब करें।
5. अब पेमेंट के लिए क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट या यूपीआई का चयन करें।
6. आपका टिकट बुक हो जाएगा। जिसका मैसेज मोबाइल और ईमेल में आएगा।
Indian Railways News: तुरंत मिलेगा रिफंड
टिकट कैंसिल होने पर पहले रिफंड मिलने में बहुत वक्त लग जाता था। हालांकि अब पैसा तुरंत खाते में आ जाएगा। आईआरसीटीसी के तहत ग्रहक को अपने यूपीआई बैंक अकाउंट या डेबिट के लिए एक बार मेनडेट देना होगा। इसके बाद भुगतान इंस्ट्रूमेंट आगे के लिए रजिस्टर्ड हो जाएगा। ऐसे में टिकट बुकिंग में भी कम समय लगेगा।
बोर्डिंग स्टेशन बदलने की सुविधा
रेल यात्रियों की सुविधाओं के लिए आईआरसीटीसी ने बोर्डिंग स्टेशन बदलने की सुविधा दे रही है। ये सर्विस उन यात्रियों के लिए है, जिन्होंने ऑनलाइन टिकट बुक करवाया है। पैसेंजर रिजर्वेशन सिस्टम या ट्रैवल एजेंट द्वारा बुक की गई टिकट में सुविधा मौजूद नहीं है। बता दें यात्री जो बोर्डिंग स्टेशन का नाम बदलना चाहता है। उसे ट्रेन खुलने के 24 घंटे पहले बोर्डिंग स्टेशन के नाम में बदलाव करना होगा। नियमों के मुताबिक यात्री सिर्फ एक बार ही बोर्डिंग स्टेशन का नाम बदल सकता है।
ऐसे बदले अपना बोर्डिंग स्टेशन
1. सबसे पहले www.irctc.co.in पर जाकर लॉगिन करें।
2. इसके बाद बुकिंग टिकट हिस्ट्री में जाएं।
3. अब बुक की कई ट्रेन को सिलेक्ट कर चेंज बोर्डिंग पॉइंट पर टैप करें।
4. एक नया पेज ओपन होगा। उसमें बोर्डिंग स्टेशन का नाम सिलेक्ट करें।
5. अब नया बोर्डिंग स्टेशन का चयन करने के बाद ओके पर क्लिक करें।
