जवानों की लिए खुशखबरी: अब सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए होगा ट्रांसफर, मिलेगी पसंद की पोस्टिंग
सुरक्षा बलों में जवानों का तबादला बड़ी समस्या है। बड़ी संख्या में तबादलों से जुड़े आवेदन हर साल खारिज किए जा रहे हैं। जवानों की बढ़ रही शिकायत के मद्देनजर गृह मंत्रालय ने सभी सुरक्षा बलों को कहा है कि वे हार्ड व सॉफ्ट पोस्टिंग के बीच रोटेशनल तबादला नीति का सख्ती से अनुपालन करते हुए सभी तबादले सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए करें। इससे तबादलों में पारदर्शिता रहेगी।
गृह मंत्री के निर्देश का हवाला देते हुए सुरक्षा बलों को भेजे गए पत्र में कहा गया है कि आईटीबीपी, सीआईएसएफ और एसएसबी ने बताया है कि उनका सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार है और उन्होंने उसका उपयोग करना भी शुरू कर दिया है। जबकि सीआरपीएफ, बीएसएफ और असम राइफल्स ने कहा है कि उनका सॉफ्टवेयर एडवांस चरण में है। मंत्रालय ने सभी सुरक्षाबलों से कहा है कि गृह मंत्री के निर्देश को काफी समय बीत चुका है इसलिए अब इसमे देरी नही होना चाहिए।
आंकड़ों के मुताबिक वर्ष 2016 में करीब 30 फीसदी तबादलों से जुड़े आवेदन खारिज होते थे, लेकिन बाद के सालों में यह आंकड़ा 50 से 60 फीसदी तक पहुंच गया है। जवान अपनी पसंद की जगह तबादला न मिलने से परेशान होते हैं। कई बार जटिल तबादला नीति के चलते उचित तबादला आवेदन पर भी फैसले में काफी देर होती है। हालांकि सुरक्षा बल से जुड़े अधिकारी दावा करते हैं कि तबादलों को लेकर सभी सुरक्षा बलों में उचित तंत्र बनाया गया है। एक अधिकारी ने कहा कि बड़ी संख्या में ऐसे कर्मी आवेदन करते हैं जो तबादले के लिए अर्हता नही पूरी करते। ज्यादातर ऐसे आवेदन भी खारिज किए जाते हैं जो अपनी तैनाती का कार्यकाल पूरा किए बिना आवेदन करते हैं।
