NEET Result 2021: नीट रिजल्ट को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की हरी झंडी, NTA कभी भी जारी कर सकता है परीक्षा परिणाम

सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने गुरुवार को नेशनल टेस्टिंग एजेंसी (एनटीए) को मेडिकल प्रवेश परीक्षा नीट यूजी 2021 का परिणाम जारी करने की इजाजत दे दी। शीर्ष अदालत ने बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट द्वारा 20 अक्टूबर को दिए गए उस आदेश पर रोक लगा दी जिसमें उसने एनटीए को नीट के दो छात्रों का री-एग्जाम कराने के बाद ही रिजल्ट घोषित करने के निर्देश दिए थे।

दो छात्रों के लिए फिर से परीक्षा के आयोजन के बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ एनटीए ने शीर्ष अदालत में याचिका दायर की थी। एनटीए ने सोमवार को कोर्ट से अपनी याचिका पर तत्काल सुनवाई का अनुरोध किया था। एनटीए की ओर से पेश सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने प्रधान न्यायाधीश एन वी रमण की अध्यक्षता वाली पीठ को मामले की तात्कालिकता के बारे में बताया था। याचिका में एनटीए ने कहा था कि नीट का परीक्षा परिणाम तैयार है लेकिन बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के आदेश की वजह से इसे घोषित नहीं किया जा रहा है।

केंद्र ने याचिका में कहा था कि 12 सितंबर को हुई नीट परीक्षा 16 लाख से ज्यादा विद्यार्थियों के लिए आयोजित की गई थी। बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट के दो परीक्षार्थियों के लिए अलग से परीक्षा आयोजित करने वाले आदेश से रिजल्ट की घोषणा में देरी होगी और एमबीबीएस, बीडीएस, बीएएमएस, बीएसएमएस, बीयूएमएस और बीएचएमएस सहित यूजी मेडिकल कोर्सेज की एडमिशन प्रक्रिया में देरी होगी।

याचिका में केंद्र ने यह भी कहा था कि री-एग्जाम की मांग करने वाले याचिकाकर्ताओं के बयानों में विसंगतियां हैं और बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का फैसला भविष्य में उम्मीदवारों के लिए गलत मिसाल कायम करेगा और इस तरह की घटना से उम्मीदवार  अनुचित लाभ उठाया करेंगे।

बॉम्बे हाईकोर्ट का आदेश सोलापुर जिले के उन दो विद्यार्थियों की याचिकाओं पर आया था जिन्होंने शिकायत की थी कि निरीक्षक की असावधानी के कारण उन्हें एग्जाम के दौरान बेमेल टेक्स्ट बुकलेट और आंसर शीट मिले। याचिकाकर्ताओं का कहना था कि उन्हें दी गई टेस्ट बुकलेट और आंसर बुकलेट मैच नहीं कर रही थी।

जब उम्मीदवारों ने तुरंत निरीक्षकों को इस बात की जानकारी दी तो उनकी नहीं सुनी गई और चुप करा दिया गया। इसके बाद कोर्ट ने एनटीए को याचिकाकर्ताओं वैष्णवी भोपाले और अभिषेक कापसे के लिए फिर से परीक्षा आयोजित करने और दो सप्ताह में उनके परिणाम घोषित करने का निर्देश दिया।

हाईकोर्ट ने एनटीए को याचिकाकर्ताओं को री-एग्जामिनेशन की तारीख और एग्जामिनेशन सेंटर की जानकारी 48 घंटे पहले देने के लिए कहा था।
