मध्यप्रदेश में 88 ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस शुरू : मुख्यमंत्री
भोपाल: मुख्यमंत्री शिवराज सिंह चौहान ने कहा है कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में स्वास्थ्य अधोसंरचना में दिखी कमियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर दूर किया जा रहा है। इन कमियों में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण थी मेडिकल ऑक्सीजन। हमने यह तय कर लिया था कि जो भी हो अब भविष्य में प्रदेशवासियों को उपचार में ऑक्सीजन की कमी नहीं आने देंगे। इसी उद्देश्य से अभियान चलाकर प्रदेश में ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस लगाने का कार्य युद्ध स्तर पर किया गया। आज मध्यप्रदेश में स्थापित किये जा रहे 190 ऑक्सीजन प्लांट में से 88 प्लांट कार्यशील हो गये हैं। इन 88 प्लांटस की ऑक्सीजन क्षमता 44 हजार 590 लीटर प्रति मिनट है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि कोरोना की दूसरी लहर के समय मध्यप्रदेश में अन्य प्रांतों से ऑक्सीजन लाकर कमी को दूर किया गया था। इसमें भारतीय सेना के वायुयान, हैलीकाप्टर, रेल के साथ सड़क मार्ग से टैंकरों द्वारा ऑक्सीजन प्रदेश में लाई गई। यह बहुत मुश्किल परिस्थितियाँ थी। इन परिस्थितियों का दोबारा सामना न करना पड़े, इसके लिए प्रदेश सरकार ने क्रियेटिव सोच और बेहतर प्लानिंग के साथ मेडिकल ऑक्सीजन के मामले में आत्म-निर्भर बनने का जो सपना संजोया, आज वह मूर्त रूप ले रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने बताया कि प्रदेश की स्वास्थ्य संस्थाओं में ऑक्सीजन प्लांट लग जाने से रोगियों को अब बिना विलंब ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध हो सकेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में ही ऑक्सीजन उत्पादन शुरू हो जाने से अब ऑक्सीजन आयात करने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। हमारा प्रयास है कि सभी जिला मुख्यालयों सहित तहसील स्तर पर भी ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस लग जाए। जहाँ ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस नहीं लगे हैं वहाँ ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर उपलब्ध करवाये गये हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी सहित केन्द्रीय मंत्रियों के सहयोग से मध्यप्रदेश को समय पर ऑक्सीजन की उपलब्धता होती रही। इससे हम प्रदेश में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर में बड़ी संख्या में लोगों की जान बचाने में सफल रहे। प्रधानमंत्री श्री मोदी के प्रति आभार व्यक्त करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश में स्थापित हो रहे 190 ऑक्सीजन प्लांट में से 102 प्लांट केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से लग रहे हैं। सितम्बर माह के अंत तक सभी 190 प्लांटस काम करना शुरू कर देंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने बताया कि सभी के मिले-जुले प्रयासों से वर्ष 2021 मध्यप्रदेश के ऑक्सीजन उत्पादन में आत्म-निर्भर के लिए भी याद किया जाएगा। प्रदेश में आज की स्थिति में 190 ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस स्थापित होना अपने आप में एक बड़ी उपलब्धि है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री चौहान ने कहा कि प्रदेश में ऑक्सीजन प्लांटस लगाने के अभियान में बड़े पैमाने पर जन-सहयोग भी मिला है। अनेक कम्पनियों, संस्थाओं के साथ स्वयंसेवी संस्थाओं और जन-प्रतिनिधियों ने अपनी स्वैच्छा निधि से इस काम में आगे आकर सहयोगी की भूमिका निभाई है। अनेक संस्थाओं ने स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों पर ऑक्सीजन कंसंट्रेटर्स भी दान किये हैं।
