डेबिट और क्रेडिट कार्ड से लेन देने पड़ेगा महंगा,हर निकासी पर 21 रुपये का लगेगा चार्ज
नई दिल्ली। अब एटीएम से पैसे निकालना और महंगा पड़ सकता है. भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने बैंकों को यह इजाजत दे दी है कि वह शुल्क बढ़ा सकते हैं. अब आपको हर निकासी पर 21 रुपये का चार्ज लग सकता है. अगर आप अपने खाते से मौजूद रकम से ज्यादा पैसे निकालने का प्रयास करेंगे तो भी आपको शुल्क देना होगा आपको यह बढ़ी हुई दर आज से नहीं बल्कि 1 जनवरी 2022 से लागू करनी होगी. बैंक ग्राहकों को हर महीने में 5 बार ट्रांजैक्शन फ्री देगा लेकिन इसके बाद भी अगर आफ एटीएम का इस्तेमाल करते हैं तो आपको 20 रुपये ज्यादा देने होंगे . अगर आप अपनी बैंक के एटीएम को छोड़कर किसी और बैंक से पैसे निकालते हैं तो यह तीन बार मेट्रो शहर में निकाल पायेंगे और गैर मेट्रो शहर में 5 बार बगैर कटौती के पैसा निकाल सकेंगे.
अगर आप ज्यादातर खरीदारी क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड से करते हैं तो आरबीआई की लंबे समय से इसमें भी बदलाव करने की रणनीति है. इसके लिए एक विशेष समिति का गठन किया गया था. आरबीआई ने एटीएम लेनदेन के लिए इंटरचेंज शुल्क 15 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 17 रुपये प्रति वित्तीय लेनदेन और गैर-वित्तीय लेनदेन के लिए 5 रुपये से बढ़ाकर 6 रुपये कर दिया है. इंटरचेंज शुल्क बैंकों द्वारा क्रेडिट कार्ड या डेबिट कार्ड के माध्यम पेमेंट करने पर व्यापारियों से ली जाने वाली राशि है. यह नयी दरें 1 अगस्त 2021 से ही लागू हो रही है.
एसबीआई ने एटीएम से पैसे निकालने को लोकर भी नयी नीति बनायी है जो दूसरे बैंकों से अलग है. अब एटीएम से पैसा निकालने पर सेवा शुल्क में संसोधन हुआ है बैंक ने खाताधारकों के लिए नये नियम लागू कर दिये है. यह बिना किसी सर्विस चार्ज के सिर्फ चार गुना तक ही शाखाओं और एटीएम से पैसे निकाल सकेंगे. इसके बाद ग्राहक को ट्रांजैक्शन के लिए 15 रुपये प्लस जीएसटी देना होगा.
