चुनाव आयोग ने 6 राज्यसभा सीटों के लिए उपचुनाव की तारीख की घोषणा कर दी है। इसमें तमिलनाडु की दो और पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश में एक-एक सीट शामिल है। इन सीटों पर 4 अक्टूबर को मतदान होना है। इसी दिन शाम परिणाम भी सामने आ जाएंगे।
चुनाव आयोग ने जानकारी दी है, “आयोग 6 सीटों के लिए 4 अक्टूबर को राज्यसभा उपचुनाव आयोजित करेगा – पश्चिम बंगाल, असम, महाराष्ट्र और मध्य प्रदेश में 1-1 और तमिलनाडु में 2 सीटों के लिए चुनाव होगा।”
वहीं बिहार में विधानसभा परिषद की 1 सीट के लिए उपचुनाव 4 अक्टूबर को होगा।
