चिंकारा का शिकार करने वाले 4 आरोपियों को 3 वर्ष का कारावास

ग्‍वालियर। जिला न्यायालय की एक अदालत  ने चिंकारा का शिकार करने वाले चार आरोपियों को ती तीन वर्ष के कारावास की सजा सुनाई है।अभियोजन की ओर से पैरवी करने वाले सहायक जिला लोक अभियोजन अधिकारी अभिषेक सिरोठिया जिला ग्‍वालियर ने घटना के बारे में बताया कि चार अक्टुवर 2014 को प्रभारी गेमरेंज तिघरा द्वारा श्रीलाल शर्मा के हमराह बीर रामपुर के क्र. आर.एफ. 330 में रात्रि के गस्‍त के दौरान अली नगर (मुडरी) रतला ताल की ओर तीन मोटर साइकिलों को रोकने का प्रयास किया एक व्‍यक्ति को मौके से पकडा जिसने अपना नाम अशोक लोधी होना बताया मौके पर तीन चिंकारा का शिकार बंदूक से किया जाना पाया गया ।

घटना स्‍थल पर खून के धब्‍बे पाये गये आरोपी से तीन मृत चिंकारा एक धारदार छुरी जप्‍त की गई। विवेचना के दौरान मृत पाये गये चिंकारा का शव परीक्षण कराय गया न्‍यायालय में साक्षीगण के कथनों तथा उपलब्‍ध साक्ष्‍य के आधार पर चारों आरोपीगण को अपराध में शामिल होना पाया गया ।

न्‍यायालय द्वारा आरोपी अशोक लोधी निवासी गिरवई अम्र 48 वर्ष, आरोपी संजय खान पुत्र जमीन खान निवासी विरावली ग्‍वालियर उम्र 34 वर्ष, आरोपी अनिल पुत्र भगवान सिंह कुशवाह निवासी गिरवई उम्र 29 वर्ष, आरोपी संतोष पुत्र मनोहर कोरी निवासी तानसेन नगर ग्‍वालियर उम्र 30 वर्ष, आरोपी बालमुकुंद पुत्र मजबूत सिंह निवासी गोकुलपुर ग्‍वालियर उम्र 40 वर्ष पर धारा 9 सहपठित धारा 51 वन्‍य प्राणी संरक्षण 1972 में तीन वर्ष का कारावास व 10000 रूपये अर्थदण्‍ड तथा धारा 31 सहपठित धारा 51 वन्‍य प्राणी संरक्षण 1972 में एक वर्ष का कारावास व 5000 रूपये अर्थदण्‍ड से दंडित किया गया ।

एसीजेएम महेन्द्र सैनी की अदालत ने यह सजा का आदेश दिया ।
