अनुमति: अब मप्र और छत्तीसगढ़ के घने जंगलों में नक्सलियों के ठिकानों को खोज सकेगा ड्रोन
रायपुर। छत्तीसगढ़ के घने वन क्षेत्रों में भी अब नक्सलियों के लिए छिपना आसान नहीं होगा। पुलिस का ड्रोन उनकी तलाश में अंदर तक पहुंच सकेगा। केंद्र सरकार ने हाल ही में देश के 166 हरित क्षेत्रों में जमीन से 400 फीट की ऊंचाई पर ड्रोन उड़ाने की अनुमति दी है। इसमें छत्तीसगढ़ भी शामिल है। पुलिस अफसरों के अनुसार बस्तर में फोर्स ड्रोन का उपयोग पहले से कर रही है, लेकिन अनुमति नहीं होने के कारण घने वन क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन नहीं उड़ाया जाता है।
नक्सल विरोधी अभियान (एएनओ) से जुड़े पुलिस के एक आला अफसर के अनुसार बस्तर संभाग के ज्यादातर जिलों में नक्सलियों का दायरा सिमट गया है। अब केवल सुदूर व सघन वन क्षेत्रों में उनके लिए छिपने का ठिकाना बचा है। फोर्स पर हमला करने और उनसे बचने के लिए भी नक्सली जंगल का ही सहारा लेते हैं।
वन क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन उड़ाने की अनुमति मिलने से सुरक्षा बल के लिए अब नक्सलियों को उनकी मांद में ही घेरना आसान हो जाएगा। इस बीच राज्य पुलिस ने उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले 14 ड्रोन खरीदने के लिए टेंडर जारी किया है। नए ड्रोन रात में उड़ान भरने के साथ ही इंफ्रारेड तलाशने की क्षमता वाले होंगे। यानी रात में भी कोई इंसान उसे चकमा नहीं दे पाएगा।
अफसरों ने बताया कि नक्सल प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में फोर्स को अभी अधिकतम दो सौ फीट की ऊंचाई पर ड्रोन उड़ाने की अनुमति है। इस ऊंचाई पर ड्रोन को दुश्मन से छिपाना मुश्किल होता है, लेकिन 400 फीट की ऊंचाई पर उड़ान भरने से ड्रोन से आवाज कम होगी और सुरक्षित भी रहेगा।
पुलिस अफसरों ने बताया कि नए स्वीकृत हरित क्षेत्रों में ड्रोन के उड़ान भरने के लिए केवल डिजिटल स्काई पोर्टल या एप के माध्यम से नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय को उड़ानों के समय और स्थान की सूचना देनी पड़ेगी। मंत्रालय ने जिन 166 नए क्षेत्रों में उड़ान की अनुमति दी है, उनमें छत्तीसगढ़ के साथ ही आंध्र प्रदेश, गुजरात, झारखंड, कर्नाटक, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, ओडिशा, पंजाब, राजस्थान, तमिलनाडु, तेलंगाना और उत्तर प्रदेश भी शामिल हैं।
