राजेश शुक्ला। मप्र के शहर इंदौर-भोपाल और ग्वालियर जिले में वर्ष 2018 से 2020 तक आपराधिक मामलों में लगातार वृद्धि हुई है। सबसे ज्यादा हत्याएं मप्र के अन्य जिलों की अपेक्षा इन्हीं तीन शहरों में इंगित हुई है। यह हम नहीं राष्ट्रीय अपराध रिकॉर्ड ब्यूरो (एनसीआरबी कॉस्मोपोलिटिन) के पिछले तीन साल के आंकड़े बता रहे हैं। 2018 से 2020 के दौरान इंदौर, भोपाल और ग्वालियर में प्रत्येक 15 दिन में एक हत्या की वारदात को अंजाम दिया गया है।
हत्या के मामलों में अगर राज्यों के आंकड़ों पर नजर डालें तो मप्र का पड़ौसी राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश टॉप पर रहा है। एनसीबी आंकड़ों के अनुसार मध्य प्रदेश में 2101 हत्या की वारदातें कमोवेश प्रत्येक जिले में हुई हैं।
गौर करने वाली बात है कि रिपोर्ट में कुल हत्या पीडि़तों में से अधिकतम 38.5 प्रतिशत 30-45 वर्ष आयु वर्ग के थे। जबकि 35.9 प्रतिशत 18-30 वर्ष की आयु वर्ग के थे।
ग्वालियर में इन तीन सालों में कुल 128 हत्या के मामले सामने आए हैं। इन सभी हत्याओं का कारण गैंगवार, संपत्ति विवाद, फैमिली विवाद और क्षुद्र विवाद में हुई हैं।
हालांकि इन सभी हत्याओं के प्रकरणों में अभी ट्रॉयल चल रहा है। इधर भोपाल और इंदौर में भी गैंगवार और अन्य विवाद में हत्याएं हुई हैं। सबसे ज्यादा हत्या के मामले इंदौर में हुए हैं। एनसीआरबी ने यह आंकड़े देश के बड़े शहरों की तुलना से की है।
पिछले दो साल में ग्वालियर में ऑनर किलिंग के कई मामलों ने ग्वालियर पुलिस को चौंकाया है। हैरत की बात यह है कि पड़ौसी राज्य राजस्थान और उप्र में ऑनर किलिंग के चलते विवाद हुआ, जबकि हत्याएं ग्वालियर की सीमा के अंदर हुई हैं। ग्वालियर जिले के आंतरी और दो अन्य थानों में हत्या के केस रजिस्टर्ड हुए हैं।
इंदौर और भोपाल में संगठित अपराध देखा जा रहा है, लेकिन ग्वालियर, दतिया, मुरैना, भिंड, श्योपुर, शिवपुरी, गुना और अन्य छोटे जिलों में दहशत फैलाने, संपत्ति विवाद, पानी भरने और मामूली लेनदेन को लेकर हत्याएं हुई हैं।
