निम्न आय घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं के लिए ‘‘समाधान योजना’’ लागू
मध्य क्षेत्र विद्युत वितरण कंपनी कार्यक्षेत्र के भोपाल, नर्मदापुरम्, ग्वालियर एवं चंबल संभाग के 16 जिलों के निम्न आय घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को कोरोना महामारी के दौरान बिजली बिलों के भुगतान में आ रही कठिनाईयों को देखते हुए कंपनी द्वारा एक किलोवॉट तक के घरेलू उपभोक्ताओं को बकाया राशि का भुगतान करने के लिए ‘‘समाधान योजना’’ लागू की है।
गौरतलब है कि राज्य शासन के निर्णयानुसार कोरोना महामारी के चलते बिजली कंपनी द्वारा एक किलोवॉट तक के बिजली कनेक्शनों के बिलों की 31 अगस्त 2020 तक की मूल बकाया राशि एवं अधिभार की वसूली रोक (आस्थगित) दी थी। कंपनी द्वारा इस रोकी गई बकाया राशि के भुगतान के लिए पृथक से जमा करने की बात उस दौरान कही गई थी।
राज्य शासन के आदेशानुसार इस आस्थगित राशि के भुगतान में उपभोक्ताओं को राहत देने के उद्देश्य से ‘‘समाधान योजना’’ लागू की गई है।
विकल्प ‘अ‘ – आस्थगित मूल राशि का 60 प्रतिशत एकमुश्त भुगतान करने पर 100 प्रतिशत अधिभार की राशि एवं शेष 40 प्रतिशत मूल बकाया राशि माफ की जाएगी। विकल्प ‘ब‘ – आस्थगित मूल राशि का 75 प्रतिशत, 6 समान मासिक किश्तों में भुगतान करने पर 100 प्रतिशत अधिभार की राशि एवं शेष 25 प्रतिशत मूल बकाया राशि माफ की जाएगी।
कंपनी के पोर्टलportal.mpcz.inके माध्यम से विकल्प का चुनाव कर भुगतान करें। WhatsappChatbotतथा UPAY एप के माध्यम से। कॉमन सर्विस सेन्टर एवं एम.पी.ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से विकल्प अनुसार भुगतान की सुविधा उपलब्ध। कंपनी की अधिकृत पीओएस मशीन के माध्यम से विकल्प अनुसार भुगतान की सुविधा।
कंपनी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि ‘‘समाधान योजना‘‘ में 15 दिसंबर 2021 तक विकल्प का चुनाव कर भुगतान करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं को ही इस योजना का लाभ प्रदान किया जाएगा। योजना की अंतिम तिथि तक किसी भी विकल्प का चुनाव नहीं करने वाले उपभोक्ताओं की बकाया राशि उनके आगामी माह के देयक में जोड़ कर दी जाएगी।
कंपनी ने कहा है कि बकायादार उपभोक्ताओं को आस्थगित बकाया राशि की सूचना एवं योजना के विकल्पों की जानकारी कंपनी में रजिस्टर्ड उपभोक्ताओं को उनके मोबाइल नंबर पर एसएमएस के माध्यम से भी दी जा रही है। योजना के संबंध में अधिक जानकारी के लिए अपने नजदीकी बिजली वितरण केन्द्र में संपर्क कर योजना का लाभ उठाएं।
