दिल्लीः आम आदमी पार्टी ने सरकारी स्कूलों में शुरू किया देशभक्ति पाठ्यक्रम
नई दिल्लीः दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार ने राजधानी के सरकारी स्कूलों के लिए मंगलवार को अपनी महत्वकांक्षी देशभक्ति पाठ्यक्रम को शुरू किया. आम आदमी पार्टी का मानना है कि इससे सच्चे अर्थों में देशभक्तों की पीढ़ियों को तैयार किया जाएगा. दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल ने मंगलवार को स्वतंत्रता सेनानी भगत सिंह की जयंती के मौके पर छत्रसाल स्टेडियम में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में इस योजना की शुरुआत की. इस दौरान स्टेडियम में भारत माता की जय, वंदे मातरम और इंकलाब जिंदाबाद के नारे गूंजते रहे.
इस योजना का सबसे पहले केजरीवाल ने 2019 में स्वतंत्रता दिवस की पूर्वसंध्या पर ऐलान किया था.योजना की शुरुआत के दौरान केजरीवाल ने जनता को संबोधित करते हुए 23 साल की उम्र में भगत सिंह के बलिदान को याद करते हुए कहा, ‘मैंने उनके जीवन के बारे में गहराई से पढ़ा है. जब आप उनकी कहानी सुनते हैं, तो आपके रोंगटे खड़े हो जाते हैं. आपको उत्साह और प्रेरणा की एक अलग अनुभूति होती है. इसी भावना को देशभक्ति कहते हैं.’
केजरीवाल ने कहा, ‘एक ऐसा माहौल तैयार करने की जरूरत है, जहां हम सभी और हमारे बच्चे लगातार हर कदम पर देशभक्ति की भावना को महसूस कर सकें. हम सिर्फ कल्पना कर सकते हैं, अगर ऐसा होगा तो भविष्य कैसा होगा.’
उन्होंने देशभक्ति की अपनी परिभाषा देते हुए कहा, ‘देशभक्ति की भावना देश के हर इंसान में है. इसके साथ व्यक्ति पैदा होता है लेकिन इसकी अलख जगाने की जरूरत पड़ती है.’
उन्होंने कहा कि बीते 74 सालों में हमने हमारे स्कूलों में भौतिकी, रसायन विज्ञान और गणित पढ़ा लेकिन हमने अपने बच्चों को देशभक्ति नहीं पढ़ाई. देशभक्ति की भावना हम सभी के भीतर है लेकिन इसकी अलख जगाने की जरूरत है.
इस पाठ्यक्रम के जरिये उनकी सरकार क्या हासिल करना चाहती है? इस पर केजरीवाल कहते हैं, ‘हम सभी प्रकार के पेशेवरों को तैयार कर रहे हैं लेकिन हम देशभक्त पेशेवरों को तैयार नहीं कर रहे. हम यह नहीं कह रहे कि हम व्यवसायों को बढ़ावा नहीं देंगे, हम हर तरह की शिक्षा का समर्थन करना जारी रखेंगे लेकिन हम इनमें देशभक्ति के मूल्यों को जोड़ेंगे. हम देशभक्त डॉक्टर, वकील, इंजीनियर, अभिनेता, गायक, कलाकार, पत्रकारों आदि को तैयार करेंगे.’
मुख्यमंत्री केजरावील ने ऐलान किया था कि उनकी सरकार ने इस बेजोड़ फ्रेमवर्क को तैयार करने में कड़ी मेहनत की है. उन्होंने उम्मीद जताई कि यह देश के विकास में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा.
केजरीवाल ने कहा, ‘यह पाठ्यक्रम नर्सरी से कक्षा बारहवीं तक के लिए शुरू किया जाएगा. हालांकि, छात्रों के लिए कोई पाठ्यपुस्तक नहीं होगी. इस संबंध में नर्सरी से कक्षा पांच, कक्षा छह से आठ और कक्षा नौ से बारह तीन श्रेणियों में हैंडबुक डिजाइन की गई है जिनमें स्वतंत्रता सेनानियों की 100 कहानियां शामिल हैं.’
