ग्वालियर। मध्य प्रदेश के ग्वालियर में जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश प्रवीण हजारे के न्यायालय ने धारा 302 भादवि थाना बिजौली में वर्ष 2014 में हुये दोहरे हत्याकांड के जघन्य सनसनीखेज के मामले में सभी 9 आरोपियों को दोषी पाते हुये आजीवन कारावास की सजा सुनाई।
घटना के संबंध में प्रकरण में पैरवी करने वाले सहायक जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी, विशेष लोक अभियोजक आशीष राठौर ने बताया कि घटना दिनांक 28 दिसंबर 2014 को शाम के करीव 5 बजे जब मृतकगण राजेन्द्र राणा और प्रीतम सिह अपनी मोटरसाइकिल से अन्य रिस्तेदारों के साथ सास की तेरहवी का सामान खरीदकर मुरार से वापिस अपने गॉव बिजौली जा रहे थे, तभी बिजौली और सोनी गॉव के बीच हथियारों से लैस दर्जन भर लोगों ने उनका रास्ता रोक लिया । अभियुक्तगण राजेश कटारे, रामनिवास, गिरिराज शुक्ला, महेश शर्मा, राजेश उर्फ बंटी, पवन शर्मा, सुभाष शर्मा, वासुदेव पुजारी, नरेन्द्र उर्फ बंटा अभियुक्तगण जो कि 315 बोर की अधिया बंदूक कट्टे हाथों में लिये हुये थे। अभियुक्तगण ने मृतक राजेन्द्र व प्रीतम को तावडतोड गोलियां मारनी शुरू कर दी जिससे मृतक राजेन्द्र व प्रीतम मोटर साइकिल से गिर पड़े दोनो के शरीर में 4-5 गोलिया लगी थी। मृतकगण के साथी रिस्तदार अपनी जान बचाकर छिप गये थे जब आरोपीगण गोलीबारी करके बहां से चले गये तो राजेन्द्र व प्रीतम के रिस्तेदार घटना स्थल पर आये और उन्होने देखा कि दोनो की मृत्यु हो चुकी है। इस जघन्यसनसनी खेज हत्याकांड के अभियुक्तगण को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर उनके विरूद्ध भादवि की धारा 302,147,148,149,120बी मामला पंजीवद्ध किया था। उक्त प्रकरण को जिला समिति के द्वारा जघन्य एवं सनसनीखेज की श्रेणी मे रखा गया था।
प्रकरण में घटना स्थल के साक्षियों के बयान, फोरंसिक रिपोर्ट एवं अन्य महत्वपूर्ण साक्ष्य के आधार पर अभियोजन ने मामले को संदेह से परे प्रमाणित किया था। सजा के प्रश्न पर बचाव पक्ष ने अभियुक्तगण के साथ नरमी बरतते हुये कम से कम सजा दिये जाने की मॉंग न्यायालय से की थी, लेकिन अभियोजन की ओर से पैरवी कर रहे जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी/ विशेष लोक अभियोजक अभियुक्तगण के इस अपराध को क्रूरतम बताते हुये अभियुक्तगण को कठोर से कठोर दण्ड देने की मांग की ताकि अपराधियों के विरूद्ध समाज में एक संदेश जाये। अभियेाजन पक्ष के साक्ष्यों एवं तर्को से प्रभावित होकर विद्वान सत्र न्यायाधीश की न्यायालय ने धारा 302 भादवि थाना बिजौली में वर्ष 2014 में हुये दोहरे हत्याकांड के जघन्य सनसनीखेज के मामले में सभी 9 आरोपियों को दोषी पाते हुये आजीवन कारावास एवं पोने तीन लाख रूपये के अर्थदण्ड की सजा सुनाई।
जघन्य सनसनीखेज हत्याकांड के मामले में अभियोजन की ओर से सफल पैरवी जिला अभियोजन अधिकारी/ विशेष विशेष लोक अभियोजक अब्दुल नसीम एवं आशीष राठौर द्वारा की गई।
