मप्र: पत्रकार समूह बीमा योजना 30 सितम्बर तक , बीमा किश्त का 85 प्रतिशत भुगतान जनसम्पर्क संचालनालय करेगा

भोपाल :  पत्रकारों के लिये जनसम्पर्क विभाग ने स्वास्थ्य एवं दुर्घटना बीमा योजना लागू की है। स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना के तहत 4 लाख रू. और व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा योजना के तहत 10 लाख रू. का बीमा किया जाएगा। पत्रकारों के लिये स्वास्थ्य बीमा योजना में 2 लाख रूपये और व्यक्तिगत दुर्घटना बीमा योजना में 5 लाख रूपये का विकल्प भी होगा। पत्रकार 4 लाख अथवा 2 लाख रूपये का बीमा करवा सकते है। इसके लिये आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि 30 सितम्बर निर्धारित की गई है। योजना में शामिल होने के लिये पत्रकारों की आयु सीमा 21 से 70 वर्ष के बीच होनी चाहिए। पूर्व से बीमित पत्रकार 80 वर्ष तक योजना के पात्र होंगे। बीमा एक साल के लिये किया जायेगा। साठ वर्ष तक आयु के संचार प्रतिनिधि की वार्षिक बीमा किश्त का 75 प्रतिशत और 61 से 70 वर्ष के संचार प्रतिनिधियों के बीमा किश्त का 85 प्रतिशत भुगतान जनसम्पर्क संचालनालय द्वारा किया जायेगा।

इस योजना के अंतर्गत पत्रकार के पति, पत्नी, अधिकतम 26 वर्ष तक के तीन अविवाहित बच्चों एवं माता पिता को निर्धारित प्रीमियम देने पर, योजना में शामिल किया जा सकेगा। बीमा पॉलिसी में पहले से विद्यमान सभी बीमारियाँ शामिल होंगी। इस हेतु जनसम्पर्क संचालनालय के अधिमान्य पत्रकारों के साथ ही संचार संस्थान का फार्म 16 एवं पीपीएफ कटौत्री की स्लिप देने वाले पत्रकारों को भी पूर्वानुसार पात्रता होगी।
मध्यप्रदेश के मूल निवासी नई दिल्ली में कार्यरत पत्रकारों को भी योजना में पात्रता होगी।
गैर अधिमान्य पत्रकारों के लिये 50 प्रतिशत प्रीमियम पत्रकार द्वारा और 50 प्रतिशत जनसम्पर्क विभाग द्वारा दिया जायेगा। इस श्रेणी में दैनिक समाचार पत्र के चार, साप्ताहिक, पाक्षिक, मासिक पत्र-पत्रिका और इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं वेब मीडिया के दो-दो प्रतिनिधियो को योजना में पात्रता होगी। आर.एन.आई. में रजिस्टर्ड नियमित पत्र-पत्रिकाओं के प्रतिनिधि पात्र होंगे।
  योजना अंतर्गत पॉलिसी के तहत बीमा कम्पनी के चिन्हित अस्पतालों में इलाज की कैशलैस व्यवस्था होगी। इसके लिये पत्रकारों को ई कार्ड ई-मेल के माध्यम से भेजा जायेगा। अस्पताल में इलाज के दौरान पत्रकारों को आधार कार्ड ले जाना जरूरी होगा। योजना का विवरण प्रीमियम तालिका जनसम्पर्क की वेबसाईट www.mpinfo.org पर उपलब्ध है।
प्रीमियम को एनईएफटी कर यू.टी.आर. नम्बर की जानकारी सहित अन्य पूरी जानकारी ऑनलाईन https:mdindiaonline.com/mpgovt/loginpage.aspx लिंक पर उपलब्ध फार्म में भरनी होगी। फार्म ऑफलाईन नहीं लिये जायेंगे। अधिमान्यता प्राप्त और गैर अधिमान्यता प्राप्त पत्रकारों के अलग-अलग फार्म है।
