नई दिल्ली: राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ (आरएसएस) ने रविवार को भारतीय सॉफ्टवेयर कंपनी इंफोसिस की आलोचना करने वाले उस लेख से खुद को अलग कर लिया, जो आरएसएस से जुड़ी एक पत्रिका ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ में प्रकाशित हुआ था. आरएसएस के अखिल भारतीय प्रचार प्रमुख सुनील आंबेकर ने कहा कि ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ आरएसएस का मुखपत्र नहीं है और लेख लेखक की राय को दर्शाता है और इसे संगठन से नहीं जोड़ा जाना चाहिए. ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ के 5 सितंबर के संस्करण में इंफोसिस पर ‘साख और आघात’ शीर्षक से चार पृष्ठों की कवर स्टोरी प्रकाशित की गई थी, जिसमें इसके संस्थापक नारायण मूर्ति की तस्वीर कवर पेज पर थी. इंफोसिस द्वारा विकसित जीएसटी और आयकर पोर्टलों में खामियों को लेकर साप्ताहिक पत्रिका ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ ने स्वदेशी सॉफ्टवेयर निर्माता कंपनी पर हमला किया है.
लेख में बेंगलुरु स्थित कंपनी पर निशाना साधा गया था और इसे ‘ऊंची दुकान, फीका पकवान’ करार दिया गया था. इसमें यह भी आरोप लगाया गया था कि इंफोसिस का ‘राष्ट्र-विरोधी’ ताकतों से संबंध है और इसके परिणामस्वरूप सरकार के आयकर पोर्टल में गड़बड़ की गई है. हालांकि, आंबेकर ने संघ के रुख को स्पष्ट करने के लिए ट्वीट किया, ‘भारतीय कंपनी के नाते इंफोसिस का भारत की उन्नति में महत्वपूर्ण योगदान है. इंफोसिस संचालित पोर्टल को लेकर कुछ मुद्दे हो सकते हैं परंतु ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ में इस संदर्भ में प्रकाशित लेख, लेखक के अपने व्यक्तिगत विचार हैं तथा ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ संघ का मुखपत्र नहीं है.’
उन्होंने कहा कि ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ में प्रकाशित लेख या विचारों से आरएसएस को नहीं जोड़ा जाना चाहिए. हालांकि, ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ लेख में उल्लेख किया गया था कि पत्रिका के पास यह कहने के लिए कोई ठोस सबूत नहीं है, लेकिन इसमें कहा गया है कि इंफोसिस पर कई बार ‘नक्सलियों, वामपंथियों और टुकड़े-टुकड़े गिरोह’ की मदद करने का आरोप लगाया गया है. इसमें यह भी सवाल किया गया था कि क्या इंफोसिस ‘अपने विदेशी ग्राहकों के लिए इस तरह की घटिया सेवा प्रदान करेगी.’
शनिवार (चार सितंबर) को संपर्क करने पर ‘पाञ्चजन्य’ के संपादक हितेश शंकर ने कहा था कि इंफोसिस एक बड़ी कंपनी है और सरकार ने इसकी विश्वसनीयता के आधार पर इसे बहुत महत्वपूर्ण काम दिए हैं. शंकर ने कहा, ‘कर पोर्टलों में गड़बड़ियां राष्ट्रीय चिंता का विषय हैं और जो इसके लिए जिम्मेदार हैं उन्हें जवाबदेह ठहराया जाना चाहिए.’ हालांकि, जहां इस रिपोर्ट की विपक्षी दलों ने आलोचना की और लेख को ‘राष्ट्र-विरोधी’ बताते हुए पत्रिका की आलोचना की और उद्योग जगत की चुनिंदा आवाजों ने भी इंफोसिस का समर्थन किया, लेकिन भाजपा, केंद्र सरकार और अग्रणी उद्यमी संगठनों ने इस पूरे मामले पर चुप्पी साध रखी है.
बता दें कि आयकर विभाग के नए पोर्टल में शुरुआत से ही दिक्कतें आ रही हैं. आयकर रिटर्न दाखिल करने के लिए इस नए पोर्टल की शुरुआत सात जून को हुई थी. इसके बाद वित्त मंत्रालय ने पोर्टल बनाने वाली इंफोसिस के प्रबंध निदेशक एवं मुख्य कार्यपालक अधिकारी (सीईओ) सलिल पारेख को तलब किया था. तब वित्त मंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण ने सलिल पारेख को निर्देश दिया था कि आयकर के इस पोर्टल में आ रही दिक्क्तों को 15 सितंबर तक दूर कर दिया जाए.
इंफोसिस को आयकर दाखिल करने वाली प्रणाली विकसित करने का अनुबंध 2019 में मिला था. जून, 2021 तक सरकार ने इंफोसिस को पोर्टल के विकास के लिए 164.5 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया है. 3 सितंबर तक 7,21,244 करोड़ की बाजार पूंजी के साथ फिलहाल चौथी सबसे बड़ी कंपनी है. इसकी स्थापना साल 1981 में एनआर नारायणमूर्ति और नंदन नीलेकणि सहित सात साझीदारों द्वारा की गई थी. कंपनी की 50 से अधिक देशों में मौजूदगी है, जिसमें 2.64 लाख से अधिक कर्मचारी काम करते हैं.
