इसमें कहा गया है कि हमेशा कपड़े उतारना और उन्हें साथ ले जाना संभव नहीं है, क्योंकि महत्वपूर्ण फाइलें और अन्य सामान आमतौर पर वकीलों के हाथों में होते हैं. त्रिपाठी की याचिका में तर्क दिया गया है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट और उच्च न्यायालयों में अभ्यास करने वाले सभी वकील इतने समृद्ध नहीं होते कि वे वातानुकूलित वाहन का खर्चा वहन कर सकें. गर्मियों में काले वस्त्र पहनने से गर्मी का प्रभाव बढ़ जाता है.
