पूरी तरह रखा गोपनीय : एसडीएम को भी नहीं जानकारी थी कि कहां पर लेना है एक्शन
ग्वालियर। मप्र के ग्वालियर में आज बुधवार को सुबह जिला प्रशासन ने एक कांग्रेस नेता के कब्जे से सालों से कब्जाई सरकारी भूमि पर अतिक्रमण हटाकर उसे मुक्त करने की कार्यवाही की। इस दौरान बड़ी संख्या में पुलिस फोर्स और नगर-निगम का मदाखलत दस्ता समेत बड़ी संख्या में प्रशासनिक अधिकारी तैनात रहे। जमीन मुक्त कराने का मामला पूरी तरह से गोपनीय रखा गया था। सूत्र बताते हैं कि एसडीएम को भी ऐन समय पर बताया गया कि उक्त जमीन को मुक्त कराना हैं। जानकारी के अनुसार इस बार जिला प्रशासन के निशाने पर वीर सिंह तोमर आ गया। बताया जाता है कि प्रशासन की टीम सुबह साढ़े नौ बजे शब्द प्रताप आश्रम पर पहुंच गई। यहां पर पुलिस फोर्स और नगर निगम का तोडू़ मदाखलत दस्ता भी पहुंच गया। एसडीएम को कलेक्टर ने यहां पहुंचने के निर्देश दिए थे। उन्हें भी नहीं मालूम था कि कहां पर एक्शन लेना है। करीब 40 मिनट के बाद निर्देश मिले कि लक्ष्मण तलैया पर वीरसिंह तोमर द्वारा कब्जाई सरकारी जमीन को मुक्त कराना है तो यहां से पूरा अमला व प्रशासन की टीम लक्ष्मण तलैया पहुंची। कुल जमीन 14 हजार वर्ग फीट थी। यह करोड़ों रुपए की बताई जा रही है।

प्रशासन ने इस जमीन पर चल रहे दो वाहन गैरेज जिसमें नासिर खान निवासी गोल मोहल्ला और दूसरा छोटा गैरेज बबलू खान निवासी नौगजा रोड को खाली करने के निर्देश दिए। यहां से करीब आधा सैंकड़ा चार पहिया हटाए गए। इसके बाद मौके पर कांग्रेस नेता भी पहुंच गया, लेकिन उसकी एक नहीं चली। प्रशासन ने साफ शब्दों में कहा कि जमीन सरकारी है। कांग्रेस नेता सरकारी जमीन पर बाउंड्री वॉल बनाकर कार गैरेज किराए पर देकर कई सालों से किराया भी वसूल रहा था। इसी सरकारी जमीन पर एक शासकीय राशन की कंट्रोल भी संचालित हो रही है।
बताया गया कि कांग्रेस नेता ने सालों पहले यहां मंदिर की आड़ में सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण किया था। फिर अपने रसूख के चलते यहां दीवार खड़ी कर ली, और गैरज भी किराए पर दे दिया। हर साल इस मंदिर पर भंडारा भी आयोजित करवाने लगा। सूत्र बताते हैं कि जिला प्रशासन काफी समय से इस पर अपनी निगाह गड़ाए हुए था।
मौके पर एसडीएम और तहसीलदार से उक्त नेता बोला कि इस जमीन की वसीयत मंदिर के पुजारी ने मेरे नाम की है। वह अधिकारियों को दस्तावेज दिखाने लगा, लेकिन उसकी एक नहीं चली। एसडीएम ने कहा कि यह सरकारी जमीन है और इसपर कब्जा किया गया है। प्रशासन ने जमीन पर पूरा अतिक्रमण हटाकार कुछ कच्चे कमरे बने थे वह इसलिए नहीं तोड़े कि यहां हर साल भंडारा होता है। अमले ने गेट पर ताला लगाकर सील लगा दी।
जमीन सर्वे नंबर 741 आउखाना कला की 14 हजार वर्ग फीट पर कब्जा मुक्त कर दिया है। हमने कब्जे में लेकर सील कर दिया है।
