आठ साल की मासूम से दुष्कर्म, नाबालिग चचेरा भाई गिरफ्तार
गिरवाई थाना स्थित छोटे बाबा की पहाडिय़ा की वारदात, पास्को समेत कई धाराओं में एफआईआर
ग्वालियर। मप्र के ग्वालियर में एक मासूम से दुष्कर्म का मामला सामने आया है। आरोपी बच्ची का ही दूर का रिश्तेदार है। पुलिस ने आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। पुलिस के अनुसार गिरवाई थाना क्षेत्र स्थित छोटे बाबा की पहाडिय़ा पर कल शुक्रवार को शाम 6::30 बजे 8 साल 9 माह की मासूम घर के बाहर खेल रही थी। तभी पड़ोस में रहने वाला दूर का रिश्तेदार दीपक पुत्र हेमसिंह कड़ेरे (उम्र 18 से कम) आया, और चॉकलेट दिलाने के बहाने उसे उसी के घर ले गया। इस दौरान घर पर कोई नहीं था। आरोपी ने बच्ची को घर ले जाकर उससे दरिंदगी की और भाग गया। रात को परिजन आए तो देखा कि बच्ची रो रही है। बच्ची ने मां से आपबीती बताई लेकिन उन्होंने यकीन नहीं किया। बाद में उसके कपड़े खून से खराब होते देखा तो वह सन्न रह गई। मां ने आसपास के लोगों को सूचना दी। इधर घर पहुंचे पिता पर सगे रिश्तेदार के खिलाफ थाने में शिकायत न करने का दबाव लोग बनाते रहे। दबाव न मानते हुए शुक्रवार रात करीब दस बजे पिता ने थाने पहुंचकर घटना की जानकारी दी।
पुलिस ने मां की तहरीर के आधार पर आरोपी के खिलाफ दुष्कर्म की एफआईआर दर्ज कर उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया। आरोपी को रात को ही गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। बच्ची का इलाज कराकर घर भेज दिया गया है। आज रविार को उसका मेडिकल परीक्षण कराया जाएगा। पुलिस ने दुष्कर्म, पास्को और जान से मारने की धमकी देने के साथ कई धाराओं में मामला दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।
बताया जाता है कि बच्ची की हालत गंभीर है। आरोपी भी नाबालिग है। वह कुछ काम नहीं करता है। रात को वारदात होने तक उसके परिजनों को विश्वास ही नहीं था कि उसका बेटा ऐसा काम कर सकता है। एफआईआर दर्ज होने के बाद आरोपी क्षेत्र में ही पुलिस को मिल गया। पुलिस उसे गिरवाई थाने लेकर आ गई। वारदात के समय मासूम ने कई बार उससे कहा कि भैया…यह क्या कर रहे हो, लेकिन आरोपी नहीं माना।
