भिंड के तत्कालीन कार्यपालन यंत्री शर्मा निलंबित, ग्वालियर मुख्य अभियंता की 3 इंक्रीमेंट रोकने का आदेश
भोपाल/ग्वालियर। राज्य शासन ने उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश के पालन में लापरवाही बरतने पर भिंड के तत्कालीन कार्यपालन यंत्री लोक निर्माण विभाग के.के. शर्मा को निलंबित कर दिया है। इसी मामले में ग्वालियर क्षेत्र के चीफ इंजीनियर के खिलाफ भी अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही करते हुए तीन इंक्रीमेंट रोकने के लिए शो कॉज नोटिस जारी किया गया है।
निलंबन आदेश में कहा गया है कि उच्च न्यायालय की ग्वालियर खंडपीठ में प्रचलित एक अवमानना प्रकरण में भिंड के तत्कालीन कार्यपालन यंत्री लोक निर्माण के.के. शर्मा पेशी के दिन समक्ष में मौजूद थे। उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा यह आदेशित किया गया था कि प्रकरण में सात दिवस में याचिकाकर्ता के स्वत्वों का भुगतान नियमानुसार किया जाए और 22 जुलाई 2021 तक यदि भुगतान न हो पाए तो प्रमुख सचिव लोक निर्माण विभाग व्यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित रहेंगे।
कार्यपालन यंत्री (प्रभारी) शर्मा द्वारा न तो सात दिवस में भुगतान के लिए निर्णायक कार्रवाई की गई और न ही प्रमुख सचिव को उच्च न्यायालय के उक्त आदेश के संबंध में अवगत कराया गया। इस घोर लापरवाही के कारण उच्च न्यायालय के समक्ष अप्रिय स्थिति उत्पन्न हुई और न्यायालयीन आदेश का पालन भी पूर्ण नहीं हो पाया। ऐसी स्थिति में कत्र्तव्य के प्रति लापरवाही बरतने के कारण कार्यपालन यंत्री को तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित किया गया है।
ग्वालियर क्षेत्र के मुख्य अभियंता आर.एल. भारती के विरुद्ध भी इसी मामले में लापरवाही बरतने के आरोप में अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई की जा रही है। मुख्य अभियंता को शो-कॉज नोटिस जारी करते हुए कहा गया है कि क्यों न आपकी आगामी 3 वेतन वृद्धि असंचयी प्रभाव से रोकने की शास्ति से आपको दंडित किया जाए?
लोक निर्माण विभाग के प्रमुख सचिव नीरज मंडलोई ने विभाग के सभी अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश जारी किए हैं कि वे न्यायालयीन प्रकरणों में जरा भी लापरवाही न बरते। इस प्रकार की किसी भी लापरवाही को बर्दाश्त नहीं किया जाएगा।
