अब दो शिफ्ट में सुबह 7 बजे से लेकर रात 12 बजे तक काम करेंगे रेलवे के कर्मचारी

रेल मंत्रालय की कमान संभालते ही नए रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव ने बड़े बदलाव की घोषणा की है। रेलमंत्रीके ऐलान के अनुसार, मंत्रालय से जुड़े विभाग के कर्मचारी और अधिकारी अब दो शिफ्टों में काम करेंगे। रेल, संचार एवं इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एवं सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री कार्यालय से एक नोट जारी किया गया है। जिसमें कहा गया है कि रेलमंत्री के निर्देश के मुताबिक तत्काल प्रभाव से मंत्रालय के सभी स्टाफ दो शिफ्ट में काम करेंगे।

इसके तहत अब पहली शिफ्ट सुबह 7 बजे से शुरू होगी और शाम 4 बजे तक चलेगी। वहीं दूसरी शिफ्ट दोपहर बाद 3 बजे से शुरू होकर देर रात 12 बजे तक चलेगी। रेलवे बोर्ड के अधिकारी ने साफ किया कि इस आदेश के मुताबिक सिर्फ मंत्री सेल के लोग आएंगे। निजी और रेलवे स्टाफ पहले की तरह ही काम करेंगे।

बता दें कि नौकरशाह-उद्यमी से नेता बने अश्विनी वैष्णव ने बृहस्पतिवार को देश के नए रेल मंत्री के तौर पर कार्यभार संभाला। भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के 1994 बैच के पूर्व अधिकारी वैष्णव ने 15 वर्ष से अधिक समय तक अहम जिम्मेदारियां संभालीं। उन्हें विशेषकर बुनियादी ढांचे में सार्वजनिक-निजी भागीदारी (पीपीपी) की रूपरेखा बनाने में उनके योगदान के लिए जाना जाता है जो उन्हें रेल क्षेत्र में भी सहायता करेगा। उन्होंने जनरल इलेक्ट्रिक एंड सिमंस जैसी कई बड़ी वैश्विक कंपनियों में भी नेतृत्व भूमिकाएं निभायी हैं।
