-पास्को एक्ट लगाने वाली यह युवती पूर्व में भी एक युवक पर रेप की एफआईआर दर्ज करा चुकी है

बायलाइन24.कॉम एक्सक्लूसिव , ग्वालियर। मप्र के ग्वालियर में आटा कारोबारी और मार्डन बे्रड के मालिक धर्मवीर सिंह भदौरिया को कोर्ट द्वारा सोमवार को पांच दिन की प्रोटेक्शन रिमांड पर गोला का मंदिर पुलिस ने ले लिया है। अब पुलिस रेप के प्रकरण में सबूतों के लिए उससे पूछताछ करेगी। आरोपी का मोबाइल पुलिस ने गिरफ्तारी के समय ही अपने कब्जे में ले लिया था। इस पूरे मामले को बायलाइन24.कॉम ने सूत्रों के द्वारा कई खुलासे किए हैं। परिजनों के अनुसार एक पीडि़ता ने कारोबारी और उसके परिवारजन से एफआईआर कराने की धमकी देकर 50 लाख रुपए और एक फ्लैट की मांग की थी।

 

बायलाइन24.कॉम से चर्चा के दौरान आरोपी के परिवारजनों ने बताया कि उपरोक्त मामले में पिछले 6 माह से ब्लैकमेल किया जा रहा था। पैसे न दिए जाने पर अंजाम भुगतने की धमकी दी गई थी। इसके साथ ही वर्तमान में जिसके द्वारा एफआईआर करवाई गई है वह वर्ष 2012 में झूठा केस लगाने वाली महिला की खास रिश्तेदार है एवं उनके द्वारा पूर्व में जब ब्लैकमेलिंग में सफलता नहीं मिली तो यह काम किया गया।

खास बात यह है कि जिस युवती के द्वारा वर्तमान में केस लगाया गया है उसी के द्वारा 31 मई 2021 को एक अन्य व्यक्ति प्रवीण (बदला नाम)के खिलाफ भी कंपू थाने में शिकायत की गई। उक्त व्यक्ति के द्वारा उसके साथ हो रहे आर्थिक शोषण को लेकर फेसबुक पर एक पोस्ट भी डाली गई थी जिसमे उसने आत्महत्या करने की बात कही थी जिसके बाद उसकी विरुद्ध रेप का प्रकरण पंजीबद्ध हो गया। परिजनों के अनुसार इस केस से जुड़े गवाह व शिकायतकर्ता सगे रिश्तेदार है।

कारोबारी धर्मवीर सिंह भदौरिया के विरुद्ध वर्ष 2012 में एक महिला के द्वारा रेप का केस लगाया गया था जिसमें आरोपी बरी हो चुका है। परिजनों के अनुसार पूर्व में शिकायत करने वाली महिला के पति के द्वारा उसके उपरांत भी आरोपी को परेशान करने के लिए उसके विरुद्ध उसके व्यवसाय से संबंधित कार्यालय में शिकायतें करना जारी रखा गया ताकि वह आरोपी को परेशान कर सकें।

बायलाइन24.कॉम को इस मामले की पड़ताल में यह भी परिजनों के द्वारा मालूम हुआ है कि दोनों पीडि़ताओं के कतिथ बॉयफै्रंड और चार युवक और शामिल हैं। इनमें से एक व्यक्ति वह है जिसकी पत्नी ने कारोबारी पर पूर्व में रेप का मामला दर्ज कराया था। सूत्र से यह भी मालूम हुआ है कि कारोबारी पर पहली एफआईआर होने के बाद डिमांड के लिए परिजनों से संपर्क भी किया गया था।
