पत्नी को मारने वाला पति करेगा बेटी की देखभाल, सुको ने दी 6 हफ्ते की जमानत
नई दिल्ली। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने दहेज की मांग कर हत्या करने के आरोपी को तीन साल की बेटी की देखभाल करने के लिए 6 हफ्ते की अंतरिम जमानत दे दी है। अदलात ने कहा कि बच्ची के नाना भी आरोपी को बाहर निकालना चाहते थे ताकि बच्ची का ख्याल रखा जा सके। बताया जा रहा है कि बच्ची की देखभाल करने के लिए इस समय कोई भी नहीं है और बच्ची को कुछ बीमारियां भी है। इसलिए आरोपी के ससुर ने भी इस आधार पर जमानत के लिए सुप्रीम कोर्ट के सामने अपना समर्थन जाहिर किया। जस्टिस इंदिरा बनर्जी और जस्टिस एमआर शाह की बेंच ने मंगलवार को कहा, इस तथ्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए कि याचिकाकर्ता की तीन साल की बेटी एक्यूट बेसिलरी पेचिश-सी, एनीमिया से पीडि़त है और उसे देखभाल की जरूरत है. इसलिए याचिकाकर्ता को 6 सप्ताह अंतरिम जमानत पर रिहा कर रहे हैं।
आरोपी पेशे से एक डॉक्टर है इसकी मृत पत्नी भी डॉक्टर थी. बता दें कि ससुर ने ही अपने दामाद के खिलाफ दहेजी की मांगकर हत्या और उत्पीडऩ समेत दूसरे अपराधों के तगहत मामला दर्ज कराया था। आरोपी की पत्नी को पिछले साल अगस्त में आगरा के अपने घर में लटकी हुई मिली थी। लड़की के परिवार का दावा है कि दहेज के लिए उसकी हत्या की गई है। वहीं आरोपी के परिवार ने कहा कि महिला की आत्महत्या से मौत हो गई। महिला के दो गर्भपात हुए जिसके बाद दंपति ने लड़की को गोद ले लिया था।
पिछले साल दिसंबर में, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि महिला का सुसाइड नोट उसकी मौत के दो दिनों के भीतर मीडिया में लीक हो गया था. इसके बाद ससुराल वालों को दी गई गिरफ्तारी से पहले की जमानत रद्द कर दी और जांच केंद्रीय जांच ब्यूरो को सौंप दी।
