मौत के बाद भी नहीं हैं ठिकाना: कब्रिस्तान में पूर्व सांसद शहाबुद्दीन की पक्की कब्र बनाने पर लगाई रोक
नई दिल्ली। मुस्लिम समाज के जानकार कहते हैं कि मौत के बाद मृतक की आत्मा को शांति मिले इसलिए कब्रिस्तान में उसका पक्का ठिकाना यानि कब्र बनाई जाती है। लेकिन सीवान के पूर्व सांसद शहाबुद्दीन की कोरोना से मौत के बाद अब विवादों का सिलसिला नहीं थम रहा है। पहले उनके शव को दिल्ली से सीवान ले जाने को लेकर विवाद सुर्खियों में रहा, अब उनकी पक्की कब्र बनाने को लेकर मामला गरमाया है। शहाबुद्दीन के शव को आईटीओ स्थित जदीद कब्रिस्तान में दफनाया गया है। यहां जगह की कमी के कारण पक्की कब्रें बनाने पर रोक है। लेकिन, पूर्व सांसद के परिजन कब्रिस्तान में पक्की कब्र बना रहे थे, जिस पर रोक लगा दी गई है।
कब्रिस्तान कमिटी के सदस्यों के अनुसार पूर्व सांसद के कोरोना से मौत के बाद उन्हें आईटीओ स्थित इसी कब्रिस्तान में दफनाया गया है। कुछ दिन पहले उनके परिजन पक्की कब्र बनाने के लिए रेत-गिट्टी और ईंटें रखे थे। तब किसी को यह पता नहीं था कि कब्रिस्तान कमिटी से मंजूरी लिए बिना ही उनके परिजन पक्की कब्र बनाएंगे। कब्र के चारों तरफ जब उनके परिजनों ने दीवारें बना दी, तो कमिटी के सदस्यों ने परिजनों से पक्की कब्र बनाने के लिए परमिशन की मांग की। लेकिन उनके पास ऐसी कोई परमिशन की कॉपी नहीं थी।
नियमों के अनुसार कब्र की पक्की चारदिवारी तो बनाई जा सकती है, जिसका आकार 3 बाई 7 का होता है, लेकिन अभी तक जितनी चारदिवारी बनाई गई है वह 3 बाई 8 का है। जो तय साइज से बड़ा आकार है। इसलिए कब्रिस्तान कमिटी ने पक्की कब्र पर रोक लगा दी है। कब्रिस्तान कमिटी के सदस्यों का यह भी कहना है कि कब्रिस्तान में पहले से ही काफी पक्की कब्रें हैं। अगर इतने अधिक पक्की कब्रें बनेंगी, तो कब्रिस्तान में जगह ही नहीं बचेंगी। इसलिए पक्की कब्र बनाने पर मनाही है।
