उप्र: ससुराल में धरना दे रहा पति पत्नी से बोला, घर चल या तलाक दे

पत्नी ने पति के विरुद्ध दहेज उत्पीडऩ का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया
आगरा। उप्र के आगरा स्थित जगदीशपुरा क्षेत्र में एक अजीबो गरीब मामला सामने आया है। जहां पत्नी से परेशान पति ससुराल में धरने पर बैठ गया। पति का आरोप है कि वह पूरा मामला निपटाने के बाद ही यहां से जाएगा। वह पत्नी को साथ लेकर जाएगा या फिर तलाक लेकर। दो दिन से धरना दे रहे जयपुर निवासी अविनाश शर्मा ने बताया कि उसकी शादी 2 मई 2015 को आगरा के थाना जगदीशपुरा क्षेत्र के सुलहकुल निवासी आराधना वर्मा के साथ हुई थी। शादी की पहली सालगिरह पर वह मेकअप कराकर आने की बात कहकर गई थी, फिर वापस नहीं आई। उसके बाद उन्होंने पत्नी की तलाश की। जानकारी करने पर पता चला कि वह मायके आ गई है।

युवक दो दिन से अपनी ससुराल घर के सामने धरने पर बैठा है। पीडि़त ने बताया कि वह कई बार उसे मनाकर साथ ले जाने के लिए आया लेकिन हर बार वह समय देकर टालती रही। घर न आने पर उसने तलाक के लिए नोटिस भेज दिया। नोटिस पहुंचते ही पत्नी ने उसके विरुद्ध दहेज उत्पीडऩ का मुकदमा दर्ज करा दिया है। पति के मुताबिक उसके बाद से वह न तो तलाक दे रही है और न साथ रहने को तैयार है।

युवक ने बताया कि पत्नी के जाने के बाद से ही वह तनाव में है। नौकरी भी छूट गई। बेरोजगार होने के साथ ही वह काफी परेशान रहने लगा है। वह अब यहां से तभी जाएगा जब ससुरालीजन या तो उसकी पत्नी को साथ भेजें या फिर उसका तलाक करा दें।
